Mühlwald/Lappach

Mühlwald/Selva dei Molini and Lappach/Lappago are captivating and welcoming villages and can been seen as ideal starting points for fantastic hikes and excursions, for climbers and for the fans of easy mountain walks. Our classic routes lead you to mountain huts and to the Neves reservoir.

Winter is a festival of snow and outdoor sports: 16 km of tracks for cross coutry skiing, from Mühlwald (altitude 1220 m) to Lappach (1436 m) and interminable toboggan rides for sports lovers, starting from the hut Weizgruberalm in Mühlwald, or shorter but no less exciting night-time downhill runs with a toboggan on the illuminated run near the restaurant Kreuzwirt in Mühlwald or on the slope in Lappach.

A cordial welcome to all friend of ice-sports! You will find a nice training area, well cared and lighted, almost ideal for curling and skating.

Pride and joy of the valley are the ski areas of Speikboden and Klausberg, where snow is always splendid and abundant. If you add to all this the genuine cordiality and hospitality of the local people a holiday here is really complete.
