Our beautiful holiday village with its 600 inhabitants and approximately 700 beds for visitors is located on the sunny high plateau above Meran, embedded in the charming landscape of a sub-Alpine mountain world. During the winter, the ski resort of Meran 2000 offers numerous possibilities for skiers, snow-boarders and tobogganists. During the summer, this region is a hiking paradise with a never-ending range of huts and restaurants. The beautiful vilage of Vöran/Verano (1,200 metres) with its extensive fields forms part of the mountain "Tschögglberg" , a low mountain saddleback between Bozen and Meran. A cable railway gives you a comfortable connection between the village and the valley Etschtal. In the winter, Vöran presents you its most beautiful side, with cross-country trails leading through the unspoilt landscape and romantic winter hiking trips. The ski resort Meran 2000 is only 15 minutes away. The famous South Tyrolean hospitality is one of the highest traditions in Vöran.
