Snow shoeing in the Hochpustertal
At the foot of the Three Peaks old traditions are newly discovered. In earlier times there were mostly either hunters or farmers here, who made their way through the snowy landscape on clumsy wheels. The simplest form of assistance could avoid disaster in the deep snow. Today these traditions are still maintained. Trekking with snow shoes is the new craze.
